Bury Council have worked with Daniel Farmer from Chapter Consultants Ltd since 2005. He was involved in our initial implementation and we have continued to engage him for consultancy and training ever since. Dan is an excellent consultant with very good knowledge of most modules of Business World and Report Writing. He has most recently been involved in a review of our Fixed Assets module and resolution of several issues.

system Business World. Dan Farmer brought along good expertise in Business World and was key in implementing our Purchase card solution. Dan Farmer also provided the team with vital SQL reporting training as well as supported us in our Business World upgrade from Milestone 6 to Milestone 7 in 2018. The
feedback and results were very well received and could have not been able to continuously improve our Purchase card functionality without his vital knowledge.

Chapter Consultants Ltd were first engaged by the Trust back in 2018 to provide guidance and support relating to our P2P implementation. Subsequent to that work Dan Farmer has been engaged on a number of projects including a Milestone 4 to Milestone 7 upgrade which included significant system enhancements; the application upgrade was delivered successfully and on time.

Dan was also tasked with designing and implementing a Utility Invoicing solution for the Trust to replace a legacy solution which was going out of support. Having been told previously that such a solution was not possible using standard functionality it was gratifying to see Dan use his knowledge of the system to formulate an idea, prototype it, and ultimately deliver it to the business. We continue to engage Chapter Consultants Ltd on several Business World projects.
